Workshop Notes:

Children's class fees include the costs for all materials. In MOST
CASES.

Enrollment must be made 7 days prior to start of class.

PAYMENT
Cash payments may be made in person. Check payments may be made in person or by mail, made payable to Fond du
Lac Arts Council, Inc. Credit card payments (Visa/MasterCard) may be made for a $3 handling charge.
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
Classes with fewer than the required minimum enrolled at the deadline will be cancelled. Students/Parents will be notified of cancellation by phone, and the entire class fee will be fully refunded.
WITHDRAWALS
Tuition is refundable minus a $10 processing fee up to 7 days before classes begin.
ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL CLASSES
Times and dates are subject to change. You will be notified only if classes are cancelled or changed. Otherwise, please consider your cancelled check your receipt.
